Circular Economy Infograph 1

Do you have a circular economy business idea that you care deeply about, but you’re not sure yet whether it could become a viable enterprise?

We’re excited to share that applications are now open for the Circular Impact Accelerator 2026, a free, 6-week program designed to help South Australians test and develop circular economy ideas with real-world potential.

What is the Circular Impact Accelerator?
The Circular Impact Accelerator supports individuals and teams to explore whether their idea has legs – through practical learning, coaching, and connection.

Over six weeks, participants will:
1. Learn the fundamentals of circular economy and social enterprise business model design
2. Test assumptions and refine their idea with customer and stakeholder feedback
3. Work alongside peers facing similar challenges
4. Receive weekly coaching from experienced social entrepreneurs
5. Access mentors and industry expertise
6. Pitch their idea at our much-loved live pitch night

Who should apply?
This program is for people who:
1. Are based in South Australia (regional and rural applicants encouraged)
2. Have an idea that addresses a circular economy challenge
3. Have already taken some steps to explore their idea
4. Can commit the time and energy to actively participate
5. Preferably apply as a team (minimum two people – a friend, family member or support person is welcome)

We know that some of the most powerful circular ideas come from diverse lived experience, perspectives and ways of knowing and we want this program to reflect that. That’s why we value and encourage applications from people who are often excluded from traditional accelerator programs – including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander innovators, people with diverse abilities, and founders from regional and rural South Australia.

We’re committed to creating a supportive and inclusive program environment and will do our best to make participation accessible and comfortable.

Applications are now open and will close 8pm Sunday 22nd February 2026 ACDT
