The Men’s Table brings together groups of men who meet monthly to share food and conversation, offering social connection and peer support in an informal, friendly environment
The Men’s Table is a confidential and respectful space to talk about the highs and lows of life with a group of up to 12 other men.
We’re inclusive of men from all backgrounds and professions, ages (18+) and there’s no ongoing cost aside from meals. We have over 280 groups running across Australia, and close to 30 across SA, with each table full of men saying how much it has helped them.

When: Monday 11 May – 6.30 pm for 7.00 sharp – 9.00 pm
Where: Great Eastern Hotel, 71 North Terrace, Littlehampton
